Apple and Walnut Muffins
Apple and Walnut Muffins
- 1 Cup Whole Spelt Flour
- 1 Cup of White spelt Flour
- 3tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 apples peeled and chopped finely
- 1 cup of rice of soya milk
- 1 cup of brown rice syrup or malt syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ½ cup of walnut oil
Preheat oven to 155C.
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add the walnuts and the apples.
In a separate jug add all the wet ingredients then add to the dry mixture stirring gently.
Oil a muffin try or use muffin cases, add a good tablespoon of the mixture to each and then bake for 30 mins.
